Well, I have great news that you are going to love!
Over the past 30 years in real estate I have seen and been through it all. From Top Producer, to being on teams, to running teams and running companies. I've been at the top, the bottom and everything in between.
While at the top it's always been one very specific model that worked like a charm. It was geographic based, Farm Marketing.
In fact, I actually had 3 different farm markets where I had exceptional results and most importantly, lots of "COME LIST ME" calls.
In the last 5 years I have been focused on the leadership side of real estate, and the CEO of two different companies. In that period, my focus was on helping other agents to help other agents to grow and build their businesses.
What I learned is that real estate agents are amazing. They are gutsy and courageous, caring, giving and people-based people. They are smart, have huge hearts and want to make a positive impact for other people. Simply, Realtors are AMAZING!
That's the good news.
Unfortunately, I also found some major gaps.
These gaps are the things that are actually causing a lot of pain, stress, frustration and lack of business, sales and income.
The most obvious and glaring gap for Realtors is lack of a sales and marketing system.
